We have no hidden charges! There are no extra charges on leaving unless you require heating during the summer months.

7-20 beds @ £11.75 Per Night May to September - no heating
7-20 beds @ £12.75 Per Night October - April - with heating
The Last 6 Beds are free in all seasons N.B. 2 rooms have unusual access and one is a shed!
Duvets & Pillows are provided free
